Check it out if you're bored. =p
I changed a ton of stuff around and in no way are these "realistic" hopes for what I'd like to see in WLK. I think my problem with lots of the other WotLK talent trees I see on the forums is that they really still only lead to the 0/51/x (you can switch around which is the 51) type of specs. This is inevitable when you have extremely powerful 51 point talents while keeping the other talents in the tree mostly unchanged -- you can avoid this by simply making the 51 point talents lackluster, or you can simple buff every single other talent into ridiculous OPness. (my route)
Blue described the 11-21-31-etc. talents as "gold medal" talents at Blizzcon, but there have also almost always been "silver medal" talents occasionally at various points as well such as Imp CS. I moved a bunch of things around and added a lot more "silver medal" talents. (mind rot, shiver, etc)
I had a list of other changes to go along with these, but really I'm not sure they're necessary.
Anyways, I guess it's pointless to write too much about such silliness, so mess around if you're bored. ^^

first! Fire seems too strong at first glance.
I like the idea of fire being unattractive to attack because of the increased damage they would put out. The talents in arcane really reflect the feel of the tree as well. Doppleganger is an awsome idea and spell haste from int is really pretty interesting as well in a more subtle way. It's good that the frost tree seems to improve a little slower then the others from 70-80 as well.
These are awesome
While a lot of the talents are certainly too powerful, for example Quick Casts or Dominion in lower Arcane or Elemental Assymetry at the bottom of your Frost tree, I have been able to make a dozen PvP and PvE specs that look incredible to play. Cauterize you mentioned as an idea in an earlier post and it is the coolest idea I have heard for the class.
I no longer play mage and play priest and at Blizzcon you mentioned that priest was the other class that most interested you in WoW, if you have nothing better to do, you should mock up some priest talent trees you have very unusual ideas.
your frost tree is too overpowered. with nova and blink it isnt too hard to get outta combat and abuse the cooldown reducing talent for iceblock, nova, and WE. all the physical damage reducing talents like frozen core and ice skin will really make melee classes look crappy not even taking into account the -6 sec imp nova and -30% duration of movement imparing effects. ice floes is also imba 20% cd reduction across the board. well its pretty funny, coz fireblast just got reduced by 1.6 secs which is more a what a FIRETREE talent would do. despite this i think a 3min ib is really needed and with the talent both ib and we would be sitting on 2min24secs which is a needed change too imo.
1 thing about your frost spec tho, it will revolutionalize mage v healer (namely resto shaman n holy priests). WE out to burn off nature swiftness and a major chunk of their mana, resheep, ooc, kite, resheep. in this way we will be ready in no time again and resto shamans and holy priests r gonna be crap next to frost mages. but thats a needed change to liek lol?
11/60 arc frost gg
I love the 51pt frost talent. Thats a really interesting idea.
Im in love with the fire tree, Flame dominance <3
Mind if I post this on forums? These are awesome.
With moves like Caut. and 50% of crit dmg reflection under 50% hp, fire seems to be the way to go if you have a healer.
Healer blinded? Caut!
Healing cripp'ed? Caut!
You MSed? Caut yourself before the heal!
but ya 1point imp CS in 11 arcane ftw.
Great stuff rad, looks like you put a lot of thought into these.
lulz assymetry. you mean asymmetry?

Deep Frost with Winter, but scorch for main PvP spell. Maxed CoC with fire AoE talent as well.

At the anonymous 2 post above me, you should have called it "HUGE COC SPEC"

lol rad these trees are growing on me
These trees are awesome, a bit OP, yes, but awesome.
Duality gives arcane the survivability it needs (with the mana regen talents early in the tree). Something like 51/20/0 (with master of elements) would be awesome with the mana regen/health duality.
With Flame Dominance and Cauterize, fire could very well be THE 2v2/3v3 tree. A lot DoT of dmg would be coming out of criting, reducing the susceptibility of mages to being LoS so easily. Fire mage+healer would be so awesome with cauterize to minimize CC against the healer.
And frost... Frost is awesome. Main emphasis seems to be on making icelance even more spamable (Pierce), setting up massive shatter combos (Perfected Frostbolt), and exploiting being out of combat to have th pet out more often :P
Theres also the deep frost tank spec with all the physical mitigation talents, but relatively your damage seems lower by taking all those talents.
very interesting ideas :)
A bit too overpowered, although I would like to see atleast some of these changes (Imp CS for 11 talent points anyone?). One thing though, you removed the threat reduction from the fire tree... Poor PvE mages :).
Tune down some of the clearly overpowered talents and it'll be very nice.
Arcane should be renamed to "Ghetto Warlock"
"Everyone else is making them ^^"
