Granted this is irrelevant for most people who actually read my words.
Get a medium-high rated team. (Say 2k) Your personal rating is still base 1500. Invite power-leveling char to that team -- he's also 1500.
You face 1500 terribads. You win. Your personals go up. The team doesn't move. You repeat a few times facing 1500-1600 bracket baddies. Both personals hit 1650ish. Maybe you lose one or two and tank the team to 1900s.
Power level char leaves team and rejoins. He's back to 1500. Your average PR is penis low and you are back to queueing against 1500 scrubs. You farm them again. Power leveler quits team and rejoins to reset again. Rinse and repeat.
This won't get you to 2200 for the shoulders, but any retards can farm the absolute lowest bracket up pretty high now -- at least high enough for the honor pieces and perhaps weapons.

As for the UI -- I just switched to playing in widescreen, but I'll post up a SS when I get on later tonight with how things look and if there's demand, I'll zip the pack. I actually use a pretty small set of mods.

Hopefully this change will get reverted. It's not fun to play 40 2 point games every time you switch teams. It can't be fun to fight full s3 team 10-15 times in a row, even if you are only losing 2 points a game you still lose hours of your life. And it's still relatively easy to sell PR, possibly easier now since you only need one team to do it.
Zip up your UI please.

Question about your spec, Raddy. I specced according to your recommendation oh, about a year ago, that one should take 4/5 Winter's Chill and Arctic Winds, skipping Emp Frostbolt. You emphasized that Ice Floes was more of a dueling talent and that Imp. Cone of Cold was much better.
Your spec atm has 1/3 Piercing Ice, 4/5 Arctic Winds, 4/5 Emp Frostbolt, 2/2 Ice Floes, 0/3 Permafrost, and 0/3 Imp. CoC. Could you please explain?

I'm running a pretty generic WE spec right now. I'll come back with a real answer, but tbh, it doesn't really matter that much the exact 17/0/44 you run. I'm playing what I'd consider an RMP mirror counter spec. (Which is perhaps pointless since we never ever run into other RMPs)
Very unlikely to get weapons with this trick. Maybe with 4 gladiators and 1 scrub.

This is exactly what is going on, im an average player, but was creaping towards 1850 pre patch to scoop up some weapons, only play 10 games a week etc, since the pacth my team has bombed 100 odd points to glad teams with 1 person at 1500 rating.
Congrats blizz, you just fucked it for the little guy.

But I can't decide if I'll go for spell pen and lose minute resilience and a bit of dmg/crit (from int) or, well don't :S
As for spell haste, i'm not grinding 60 badges again so I'll stick with crit cape, but I suppose I'll go for dominance/haste/subjugated neck :S
