You could just model edit your human mage to undead (cause we all know undead are ba), or I guess one of those OTHER races. I do it with my troll mage and I seriously play about 3 times better as undead.

3% base chance to resist + 1% thats always there.. you could gem/ench spell hit and reduce the amount of resists your psychic scream gets by ~75%? sounds pretty decent to me.
yeah you could, but you have to give up like 2 damage healer per renew tick through ms to get it...
A lot of good druids and priests elect to gem spell hit, making your offensive spells more reliable can save a LOT of healing. That being said, don't even enchant hit on the gloves if you can help it, gems are a more efficient use of itemization points.
