basically you put up a fireball + ffb and each of their dot ticks generate a charge on combustion. pretty interesting stuff considering if you get both dots up with combustion you'd stack to 10 really fast (guaranteeing 3 consecutive crits and the hot streak to follow)
makes you wonder if black magic applies it as well.

I can't imagine this being very useful but has some small handed potential in PvE/PvP.
Best use in PvP would probably be to cast a FFB and combustion after it leaves your hand -- if it doesn't crit, you'll get the ticks and the cast after which you can enjoy a 3-4 nearly gauranteed crits, (during which time you can drop a poly or two I guess).
The problem of course being that you need to be chain nuking with FFB in PvP LOLOLOL
Or you can just get an elemental shaman or warlock to chaosbolt and lava burst shit without much setup for 10k
