Why must people overwrite my before-the-game amplify with dampen right as I'm about to put up shields?

With no healer: Amplify->Ice Barrier->R1 Mana Shield -> Frost Ward -> Dampen

Goddamnit.

I've been 2sing on TR with randoms for like 6 hours now. Hopefully going to run some slightly more serious comps later this weekend, find me in game or on IRC to set up some matches. I'm not recording any duels right now so don't bug me about that for at least another week. ^^
