There's a really easy spot right below your second aoe location.
Has craploads of DK's that respawn in 1 minute.
I needed WE to pull and clear most of them at one time (left 2 DK's on mounts each time). With no WE to shoot a guy a bit further and to nova them in range, you don't get to clear most. Plus they hit you with shitloads of ranged attacks if you don't keep them far, but i got it to clearing consistently every WE cooldown.
Basically you can just rotate between the upper area where you use block to gather them and below, where you use WE to get them all.
Travel time - 4sec. Exp gain - out of this world. (not to mention the cloth i looted, as tailor - absolutely crazy amounts)

Nice rotation but grinding is boring as hell. Questing only takes an hour or two more per level anyway and much less boring + lots of quest rewards.
